Bayview Chateau Tongariro, completed in 1929, is a New Zealand iconic hotel and resort complex, located close to Whakapapa skifield on the slopes of Mount Ruapehu.

The Contract Specification states clearly that the Client must be allowed to carry on their respective daily business, free of any interruption.
