Specified System:

When the Bath House was opened in 1908, the building was only partially constructed due to budget constraints.

Now more than 100 years on, the building has been completed to the original drawings and specifications, with the addition of a Viewing Platform, North Wing and South Wing extensions.

Company Brief :

  • Full internal decoration – contractural parameters
  • Full external redecoration of the entire building.

The Contract Specification states clearly that the Client must be allowed to carry on their respective daily business, free of any interruption.
