The existing Tourism Centre is located in Rotorua`s busy CBD. The hub of the local tourism industry is housed in what was the Old Post Office, which was opened in 1914 to replace the original 1880`s building.

Company Brief :

  • Full internal redecoration – programmed maintenance
  • Full external redecoration of the entire building

The Contract Specification states clearly that the Client must be allowed to carry on their respective daily business, free of any interruption.
